Mini golden retrievers can be easily taken care of so long as you learn about the various breeds they are made up of. Though they are healthier than the average golden retriever, they are prone to other illnesses because of the mixture of genes.
One of the reasons for creating crossbreeds is to lengthen the lifespan of golden retrievers but it can also be the reason some of the mixed breeds die.
